Position Summary

This position is to lead, manage and motivate the regional field sales team to achieve financial goals in Diagnostic Manufacturing Accounts (DMA) Segment.

  • Financial Performance: Achieve financial targets for the designated DMA accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Brand Development: Enhance company brand awareness and reputation within the Diagnostic Manufacturing Market by fostering deep collaborations with DMA customers, focusing on the development of new business opportunities and critical portfolio expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in identifying and developing business opportunities in the assigned territory. Monitor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), while supporting their personal development plans.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Establish strong collaborations with other sales teams, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence to drive revenue performance and improve customer experience.
  • Reporting: Provide high-quality reports to the management team in a timely manner, including business forecasts, opportunity pipelines, team performance, and territory growth plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with over 4 years in a managerial role within a business setting.
  • Preferred Background: Previous commercial and management experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) is preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: Solid experience in the life science industry is required, with specific experience in the Diagnostic Manufacturing field being a significant advantage.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Diagnostic market, including trends, sub-segments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Personal Skills: High passion, self-motivation, the ability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capability to motivate a team.
  • Learning and Leadership: High learning agility and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Innovation: Ability to lead and apply creative solutions to business challenges and problems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to make impactful decisions.
